Admin hardware
It has recently been brought to our attention that many of our clients are paying for excessive or over-lapping ICT support from multiple providers when it’s not required.
The majority of Computeam support contracts cover all hardware and software within your school. This includes curriculum and admin PCs, laptops & printers.
Computeam technicians are happy to liaise with any third party on your school’s behalf. This can help to reduce the stress associated with being left on hold for long periods of time, or trying to communicate an issue to somebody who can’t understand or see your problem. We communicate directly with third-parties such as Dell, Espresso technical support and SIMS technical support (regardless of this being provided directly from Capita or your LEA) on your behalf.
Some schools have saved around £1,000.00 by not paying twice for admin hardware support alone.
